We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Data Integrations team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex challenges in a backend-focused environment, leveraging modern technologies and ensuring seamless data connectivity at scale.

In This Role, You Will:

Design and implement scalable, robust, and flexible integration solutions tailored to business needs.
Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations with external systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Zoom.
Work with Kubernetes, database optimization, and AWS cloud-native technologies to evolve our architecture.
Collaborate with your Scrum team to scope, estimate, implement, and test new features and fixes.
Deliver features, improvements, and fixes with a predictable and timely cadence.
Mentor other engineers on best practices, architectural patterns, and technologies.
Contribute to platform stability and performance improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail while fostering a positive team environment

Here's What You Need:

Primary Skills:

Proven experience designing and managing systems that move and synchronize data across platforms at scale
Experience optimizing database and query performance in high-traffic or data-intensive applications
Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing containerized workloads.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to prototype solutions quickly when needed.
8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a backend-focused role.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in distributed or fully remote teams.

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in backend development using PHP and other languages like Golang, TypeScript or Node.js.
Experience working with AWS technologies (e.g., Cloud Development Kit, Terraform etc).
Experience presenting technical ideas, solutions, or approaches to other team members.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, and experience collaborating across the stack when needed.
Knowledge of database optimization techniques and performance tuning for large datasets.
Passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
