Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Software Engineer – Java FS Angular to drive design, development and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Good communication and analytical skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead and Scrum Masters to facilitate planned releases
• Support testing, training and implementation phases of projects
• Handle non-functional requirements such as performance and security
• Interact with multiple interface teams to ensure functionality works end-to-end
• Deliver high-quality outputs while working closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones

Requirements
