BT Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Pod Lead Engineer (AI Full Stack Lead) to head a small pod of 4–5 engineers. You will drive design, coding, reviews, CI/CD, automated testing and release quality in an AI‑native environment.
You will own technical direction, architecture, security and reliability, while coaching teams in AI‑driven, iterative delivery and collaborating with product stakeholders to deliver outcomes for customers.

Responsible for technical direction, delivery ownership, and engineering excellence, while ensuring strong standards in security, compliance, and quality.
