Job summary

Impact Analytics is seeking a senior C++ developer to design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will optimize memory management, multithreading, and system design while solving complex engineering challenges for our AI-driven retail analytics platform.

The role values strong object-oriented design, hands-on experience with distributed systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise SaaS products from India. Health insurance is provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development.
• Strong object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance applications and backend systems.
• Familiarity with key-value stores, caching systems, search technologies, and messaging queues.

What Lands You In This Role

Must have —

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development.
