Job summary

Impact Analytics is seeking a seasoned software professional to help build AI-native SaaS products. The role focuses on designing scalable systems and applying best practices in distributed architectures.

You will work with Python, Rust, or C++, leveraging knowledge of OO design, design patterns, and AI/ML concepts to deliver high-impact solutions for retail and related sectors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Python, Rust, or C++.
• Strong coder with object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design patterns.
• Exposure in AI/ML and distributed systems is highly desired.
• Knowledge of key-value stores, caching, search, and messaging queues.
• Critical thinker with a research-oriented mindset.

What Lands You In This Role

Must have -

• 4+ years of experience in one of the following: Python, Rust, or C++.
• Strong coder with object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design patterns.
• Having exposure in AI/ML, distributed systems is highly desired.
• Knowledge of key-value stores, caching, search, and messaging queues.
• Critical thinker with a research-oriented mindset.

Good to have -

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Linux-like operating systems.
