Job summary

V3 Staffing seeks a Lead Software Engineer for a Hyderabad-based Global Capability Centre, owning end-to-end delivery of cloud-native apps. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on with code in an Azure-first, event-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Expert-level .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C# development.
• Strong React and TypeScript with production delivery experience.
• Azure cloud depth — Azure Functions and Azure App Services.
• Terraform for infrastructure provisioning on Azure.
• Docker/containerisation and CI/CD pipeline ownership.
• Demonstrated team lead or tech lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud-native applications.

We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a high-growth Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role - you will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with code. The stack is Azure-first, event-driven, and cloud-native.

Good to Have:
