Lead Software Engineer

Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

As Lead Software Engineer, you are the technical heart of one of our engineering teams responsible for one of our core products. You will guide the assigned team to drive the product road map that includes AI features and agentic software development. You are both a mentor and a master builder, setting the standard for technical excellence.

• You will apply your deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and microservice architecture to build performant solutions.
• You will work across the full stack, using your expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, and modern front‑end frameworks like React/Angular.
• You will mentor a talented team of engineers, leading by example, managing tasks, and fostering a culture of innovation and quality.
• You’ll work closely with architects and product managers to ensure your team's deliverables are high‑quality and on time.

1. Core Software Engineering Mastery

• Expertise in an Object‑Oriented Language: Deep, proven expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem with any of the front end language.
• Architectural Excellence: You have designed and built scalable, resilient systems using microservice architecture, REST APIs, and modern design patterns.
• Cloud Native Fluency: You have hands‑on experience deploying and managing services on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Database Proficiency: Strong command of both SQL and an understanding of when to use NoSQL databases.

2. Leadership & Mentorship

• Proven Technical Leadership: You have 8+ years of software development experience, with a clear track record of leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical projects to completion.
• Exceptional Collaboration: You are a superb communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for product managers and business stakeholders.
