• Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud-based application development environments.
• Track record of leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical direction.

• Partner with technical leaders and product managers to design and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Lead large, complex projects involving multiple developers across teams.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to peers and junior engineers.
