Job summary

TargetHR is seeking a Technical Lead for a Series-B enterprise SaaS company building an Identity Control Plane with real-time visibility, governance and security across identities. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers and ensure scalable, reliable delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define technical strategy, and push innovation using AI. Strong background in distributed systems and NoSQL/SQL databases is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of software engineering/technical leadership experience.
• At least 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience in designing and architecting scalable software solutions.

Role: Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

You will act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and driving technical innovation.

The role involves designing and implementing software architectures, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally to identify requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and align technical strategies with business objectives.
