Candidates should have 10+ years in software development, a CS-related degree, and strong English communication; SAFe/Scrum experience is essential.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
• Technical Planning: Plan and document comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation.
• Application Development: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Team Leadership: Direct the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and encouraging the adoption of industry best practices.

Requirements

• Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience.
• Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Technical Expertise: Solid experience in software development, including C#, Microservices, Web applications, and Cloud technologies together with IOS and Android.
• Agile Experience: Experience in agile development with Scrum and SAFe.
Leadership Skills: Proven success as a technical team leader with strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
