Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the development team to deliver the highest quality software solutions for our clients.
• Engage in planning solutions for product feature work, including supporting vetting new ideas, owning technical designs, and providing suggestions for overall product improvements.
• Implementing business functionality by working closely with the development team, business team, account management team, and infrastructure team members.
• Improving product code quality and maintainability through clearly defined standards and code reviews.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following languages: PHP, JavaScript, Java, and C#.
• Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is required.
• 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
• Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• 5+ years of experience using one or more of the following IDEs: IntelliJ, PhpStorm, and Visual Studio.
• Experience working in a cloud-centric environment (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience using modern JavaScript frameworks to build user-friendly and accessible interfaces (such as Angular, React, etc.)
• Experience and interest in digital marketing concepts such as search engine/social media marketing, search engine optimization, and data analytics.
