Job Description

About the Team: The Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It contributes to cost reduction, issue identification, supply chain maintenance, product quality improvement, and sustainability.

What you can look forward to as Lead/Senior Quality (m/f/d):

1. Assess project quality status independently and create transparency.
2. Execute all activities related to project quality and lead the Quality project team to achieve a safe launch.
3. Apply Quality Assurance in all project routines and ensure compliance with GDPEP across all project phases.
4. Lead Total Quality Management in all project activities following Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
5. Provide functional excellence for problem resolution, root cause analysis for non-conformities, and critical issues impacting the customer or project.
6. Perform reality checks on customer requirements fulfillment and communicate quality issues with the customer.
7. Ensure systematic problem-solving approaches are applied, driven to closure, and lessons learned are implemented.

Your Profile as Lead/Senior Quality (m/f/d):

• 5-8 years of experience in quality.
• Experience with the 5 core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
• Experience on shop floor is essential.
• Experience in process quality is essential.
• Experience in project quality, customer quality, and product quality is advantageous.
• Ability to drive strong customer focus.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of product and production processes.
• Strong communication and influence skills within a global organization.
• Conflict management skills and ability to foster positive friction with stakeholders.
