EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Infor WMS Functional Consultant to lead multi-site rollout of Infor WMS. You will manage planning, configuration, validation, testing, cutover, and hypercare, coordinating with multi-national teams to deliver robust warehouse solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project leadership, client advisory, and ongoing capability building within client teams, with travel as needed and strong focus on quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced education is appreciated.
• At least 3 years as Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager or 4+ years in Infor WMS.
• Experience implementing Infor WMS across industries like Transportation, Logistics, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end WMS business functions.
• Supply chain experience at large global tech firms, retailers, or CPG distributors.
• Expertise in SCM with SME status in WMS solutions.
• willingness to expand consulting capacity in Warehousing, Transportation, and Logistics.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on best practices in warehouse management to drive positive outcomes.
• Lead and manage full lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, from planning through post-go-live support.
• Configure validation, testing, and cutover activities with UAT across deployments.
• Guide clients on warehouse setup, zones, locations, put-away, waves, RF profiles, receiving and lifecycle.
• Ensure quality controls and deliver solutions that fit client needs.
• Build capabilities within client teams and foster collaboration between EPAM and client.
