• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) desirable.
• Excellent communication with ability to mentor and collaborate.
• Strong experience with modern DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services for scalable product development.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.
• Apply DevOps and Agile practices, including IaC and GitOps, to streamline workflows.
• Manage Linux-based infrastructure and understand networking concepts.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, focusing on automation.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Python.
• Utilize AWS services including IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, EKS, ECS, RDS.
• Drive infrastructure and operations automation with modular components.
• Define and optimize development, test, release, update, and support processes.
• Contribute to architecture design and development activities.
• Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis for production reliability.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and strategic tech initiatives.
• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud-Native Solutions: Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services, leveraging cutting-edge tools and practices for scalable product development.
• Problem Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
• DevOps & Agile Methodologies: Apply advanced DevOps and Agile principles, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps, to streamline development workflows.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage Linux-based infrastructure and understand networking concepts, including microservices communication and service mesh implementations.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines using modern tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or equivalent, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, with experience in service discovery, auto-scaling, and network policies.
• Automation & Scripting: Automate infrastructure management using advanced scripting and IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm Charts, and Python.
• AWS Services Expertise: Utilize a broad range of AWS services, including IAM, EC2, S3, Glacier, VPC, Route53, EBS, EKS, ECS, and RDS, with a focus on integrating new AWS innovations.
• Infrastructure & Operations Automation: Drive automation for infrastructure and operations using Terraform, emphasizing modular and reusable infrastructure components.
• Development Processes: Define and optimize development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations, incorporating continuous improvement practices.
• Architecture & Development Participation: Contribute to architecture design and software development activities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Incident Management: Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production errors to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the leadership team on process improvements, operational efficiency, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as serverless computing, edge computing, and observability tools.
• Background in security practices and compliance frameworks in cloud environments

Required Skills & Qualifications
