Colt leads the security compliance and assurance function to manage risk across the organisation. The Lead Analyst will establish governance, perform risk assessments, and drive remediation with control owners and senior stakeholders.

The GRC Analyst is responsible for reducing security risk to Colt by helping to prioritise and drive remediation efforts throughout the organization by establishing and maintaining governance and compliance standards, as well as conducting risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
