Experienced and highly motivatedscientistto design, develop,optimize, and execute in vitro biochemical and cell-based assays in support of drug discovery programs.Responsible for generating high-quality data, troubleshooting assays, analyzing results, communicating to stakeholders and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Qualification: Masters in pharmacology / life sciences/ biotechnology/ biological engineering
Experience: 5-8 years of working in drug discovery industry
Technical/functional Skills:
Behavioral Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, high attention to detail and commitment to data quality, excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive project timelines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team. Must demonstrate integrity , accountability, and scientific curiosity.
