Job summary

Alten in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead design, development and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will implement scalable architectures, optimize configurations, and guide technical decisions.

You will work with global stakeholders, manage integrations, advocate standard functionality, and drive Agile release processes.

Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience designing, building, testing and deploying complex Salesforce solutions.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to streamline technical processes for development and deployment.
• Preference for leveraging standard Salesforce functionality before custom code.
• Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders and teams.
• Experience with operational maintenance and data management (e.g., DataLoader).

• Deep Salesforce Expertise: Extensive hands-on knowledge and development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Development: Proven proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Solution Implementation: Strong experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions.
• Integration Implementation: Experience implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.
• Agile & Release Management: Experience working within an agile framework (Scrum/Kanban) and managing Salesforce releases (CI/CD experience desirable).
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for platform and code-related issues.
• Process Improvement: Ability to define and streamline technical processes for development, testing, and deployment.
• Standard Solution Advocacy: Strong preference for leveraging standard Salesforce functionality effectively before resorting to custom code.
