Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Fund Services professional to support middle and back-office operations for a global client base. You will handle accounting, reconciliations, and communications with fund administrators and trading counterparties.

Role requires 3+ years in reconciliation/accounting within hedge funds or fund administration, strong Excel skills, and willingness to work APAC/EMEA shifts. Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Middle/Back-Office support within Hedge Fund, Fund Administrator or Prime Broker.
• Knowledge of financial products such as Structured Products, MBS, CDS, IRS, TRS, Bank Loans, CFDs.
• Experience in Fund Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Willing to work in APAC and EMEA shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Middle office trades, position and cash reconciliations.
• Booking of corporate actions and option exercise/assignment.
• Daily reconciliation of Equity SWAPs and ISDA positions; month-end P&L at position level.
• Daily reconciliation of positions, P&L and cash balances.
• Set up and booking of non-trading accruals and expenses.
• Shadow Fund Accounting with monthly trial balance reconciliation (NAV) against Fund Administrators.
• Proactive break resolution and 3rd party communication related to breaks.

You will manage various accounting and operational processes on behalf of our global client base while maintaining transparent communication with our clients and their fund administrators and trading counterparties.

• Daily reconciliation of Equity SWAPs, ISDA position recs, Month end booking of Stock borrow and Swap financing P&L at position level
• Daily Reconciliation of Position, P&L and Cash balances
• Set up and booking of non-Trading accruals and expenses
• Shadow Fund Accounting - Monthly Trial Balance reconciliation (NAV) against Fund Administrators
• Proactive break resolution - 3rd party communication related to break resolution

Required Skills

Education and Experience
