Job summary
Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking aLead Quality Analyst for Finance Systems in Noida, India. You will join the internal QA team as the finance testing expert, owning testing across migrations and ensuring the system delivers market-specific requirements.
You will lead testing on ERP migrations, drive end-to-end validation across accounts payable, receivable, general ledger and billing, and collaborate with vendors and product owners to deliver Go-Lives smoothly.

- Led a team or workstream
- Led testing on an ERP/finance system migration and saw it through go-live
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Azure DevOps
- Understanding of how finance processes hang together or ability to learn quickly
- Clear test documentation that others can pick up
- Calm and precise under go-live pressure
- Experience managing a vendor and ensuring work quality
Responsibilities
- Finance testing scope for migration markets and end-to-end coverage
- Functional, integration and user acceptance testing across AP, AR, GL and billing
- Performance and usability checks on high-volume finance processes
- Defect tracking from first log to final retest with stakeholders
- Quality audits of test evidence, including third-party work
- Clear readiness reporting on finance Go/No-Go status
- Create reusable regression packs and test data for faster migrations

You will be the finance testing expert inside our internal QA team, running point on finance for every migration from here. You won’t be expected to know each market on day one. You will need to engage each market, understand their nuances and requirements, then make sure the system delivers them.
- Finance testing scope for each migration market
- Functional, end-to-end, integration and user acceptance testing across accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, general ledger and billing
- Performance and usability checks on high-volume processes such as billing runs, payment files and month-end
- Defects from first log to final retest, working with developers, product owners and functional consultants
- Quality audits of test evidence, including work done by the third-party provider
- Clear readiness reporting that tells the program whether finance is good to go, and what needs fixing if it isn’t
- Reusable regression packs and test data, so each migration is quicker than the last
You will finish each migration with a market that works and a playbook that makes the next one easier.
- You have led a team or workstream
- You have led testing on an ERP or finance system migration and seen it through go-live
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Azure DevOps experience will give you a head start
- You understand how finance processes hang together, or you pick it up fast and ask the right questions
- Your test documentation is clear enough that someone else can pick it up and run with it
- You stay calm and precise when a go-live date is close and the defect list is not
- You are comfortable managing a vendor and pushing back when the work isn’t up to standard
Travel industry experience isn’t needed. Attention to detail and the drive to get it right are.
