EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Python Automation Test Engineer with AI expertise to design scalable automation, drive quality practices, and leverage Generative AI to accelerate testing and delivery.

You will lead framework architecture, mentor teams, and implement parallel execution across browsers and platforms while integrating CI/CD pipelines. This role requires strong technical leadership in automation at scale.

Qualificações

• 9 to 12 years of experience in test automation engineering with strong Python expertise.
• Proficiency in PyTest, Behave, Robot Framework, Selenium and Playwright.
• API test automation for REST and SOAP including authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Bearer Tokens, NTLM).
• Familiarity with design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Page Object Model).
• Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of Test Pyramid, shift-left testing, and quality metrics.
• Hands-on with LLMs such as GitHub Copilot, Claude and Cursor; prompt engineering knowledge.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.

• Validate XML and JSON payloads through serialization and deserialization techniques.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce clean coding standards.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Define test strategies, automation roadmaps and quality metrics.
• Mentor team members on Python, automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.
