EPAM Systems, Inc. in Gurugram invites a Lead Automation Test Engineer to design and maintain scalable Java-based automation frameworks.

You will build robust Selenium solutions, drive API test automation for REST/SOAP, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. The role requires strong Java/OOP fundamentals, familiarity with common design patterns (POM, Factory, Decorator), and mentoring teams on quality practices.

Qualifications

• 9–14 years of IT experience.
• Expertise in Java and OOP principles (Classes & Objects, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, Abstraction).
• Proficiency in Selenium, API test automation, and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization: Basic Auth, Bearer Tokens, OAuth, NTLM.
• Familiarity with design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Decorator, POM, Page Factory).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java.
