Job description

The Lead of Project Management will be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing mega real estate projects from conception to completion.
• Implementing project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Implementing robust project portfolio management processes, including project prioritization, and aligning those with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with Central Project Assurance Group (CPAG) to ensure alignment with Group level project objectives and outcomes.
• Proactively identifying areas of concern, risks and implementing mitigating measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and gaps in quality & safety.
• Working with the Head PMO to standardize system processes & reports, conduct audits & checks across CSD on all projects for Progress, Quality, Safety & Budgetary for internal as well as external teams.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Establishing and maintaining rigorous QHSE processes and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of Safe and Environment friendly best practices as per general regulations and globally accepted best practices.
• Leading a high-performing team of project management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability.

Education Qualification:

• B. Tech & M. Tech from a reputed Institutes along with executive Programs in Project management/ Building re-engineering from top institutes like School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) or similar.
• Certifications from PMI, ISB, IIM or other such top tier management schools.

Experience:

• Over 12 -15 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry.
• Demonstrated track record in leading project management roles in large PM/Construction companies.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and in MS Office and project management tools.
