Omni-channel Analytics Product Team is part of the Omni-channel Engineering team within Strategic Platform tasked to build the next generation of Customer Experience Data Collection, Data Pipeline and Data Management solutions which serves our business customers with self server analytics capabilities, consolidated information in a central place and build to new data models which make analytics easy, scalable, multidimensional to slice and dice, serving operational and business needs with near real time reporting capabilities. As a Analytics Product Manager responsible for our Digital Analytics Data Products which integrates data from self-assist and rep-assist channels across AT&T and delivers customer journey analytics through Adobe Analytics and Datamart.
Product Manager responsible for our Digital Analytics Product which integrates data from self-assist and rep-assist channels across AT&T and delivers customer journey analytics through Adobe Analytics and eDatamart.
Drive alignment to the company’s cross-channel Analytics strategy, supporting Channel KPIs and delivering the highest value capabilities. Stays informed about the cloud product and technologies, including architecture patterns approved within AT&T to support analytics best practices and to identify potential opportunities to improve our Omnichannel Analytics product. Creates omni-channel analytics product roadmap. Manage to Product Backlog, dependencies and priorities. Continue to support team velocity and improve say-do ratio. Manage to Data Engineering deliverables across Adobe Analytics/Datamart Data Governance activities and Client Communications. Participate in an Agile Scrum team, write/enhance/research user stories and be responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert. Work with Agile team and create the Scrum team strategy roadmap, develop minimal viable product and Agile features and stories that drive a highly effective and efficient project development and delivery Scrum team. Work effectively with the technical/development team and help them understand the specifications/requirements for technical development, testing and implementation. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Analytics Visualization and data modeling. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization. Data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts. Identify test scenarios and write test scripts and execute testing in support of system and user acceptance testing.
Experience: Typically requires 10-12 years experience. Technical
Education: Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analytics nano-degree; or equivalent experience.
