Responsibilities

• Launch IP Products (TOEIC and Edusoft Suite) across global markets
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with market opportunities
• Gather customer requirements and translate into product features
• Develop and enhance products in collaboration with engineering
• Lead execution of product roadmap and agile sprints with the Scrum team
• Partner with Product Owner to ensure backlog is shaped and delivered
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences and stakeholders
• Drive KPIs and performance metrics for the product portfolio

Job Description:

The Lead Product Manager will develop & launch Institutional Products (IP), draft the product strategy, and plan execution by collaborating with technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess experience in product development and modern product management processes in diverse industries. The Product Manager reports to either a more senior Product Management leader or a divisional business leader.

Primary Responsibilities

• Launch products- lead the development of IP Products in TOEIC and Edusoft Suite across various global markets.
• Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
• Develop new products and enhance existing products.
• Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
• Execute product strategy and roadmap through the entire creative cycle.
• Act as a primary stakeholder to the development scrum team, working closely with the Product Owner to deliver business requirements, validate the feature backlog and ensure an excellent user experience is delivered to customers.
• Communicate information about complex concepts and projects in a digestible and persuasive manner based on your audience, sell innovative ideas, and prioritize across product portfolios.

Required Experience:

• Understand ETS competitive landscape and discuss the vision for assessments & learning products
• Experience generating outstanding results as a Software Services Product Manager at a high performing tech-enabled product company; Education industry preferred
• Ability to use AI to improve product offerings and measure student progress
• Strong organizational skills to manage the development and update of products, coordinating with different teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with educational technologies and institutional platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of assessments and learning materials
• Utilizing analytics and feedback, they can continuously refine and improve the uptake of assessments
• Strong understanding of the assessments market, identify trends and gaps, and position products properly

Education and Experience

• 10 -12 years of product management experience, proven track record of building and launching successful products
• 4+ years of Software Services Product Management experience for customer products over $10M.
• Undergraduate degree in related fields such as: Business Administration, Marketing or other areas combined with relevant work experience
