Job summary

ASAI Advanced Sensors And AI Pvt Ltd is looking for a seasoned electronics engineer to drive product development from concept to production. You will design hardware, review schematics and PCBs, and lead prototyping, testing, and validation activities for reliable, manufacturable solutions.

The role emphasizes DFM/ DFA, production test development, and root-cause analysis to continuously improve performance, reliability, and cost. Hyderabad-based, on-site collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or related engineering discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience developing electronic products from concept through production. Do not apply if less than 5 years.
• Strong experience with electronic design, PCB review, embedded systems, and sensor integration.
• Experience with product validation, reliability engineering, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience using Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, or similar PCB design tools.
• Familiarity with FMEA, CAPA, DFM, DFA, and production test systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Product Development, Product Quality, Industrialisation and Continuous Improvement.
• Design and develop electronic hardware and embedded product solutions.
• Review schematics, PCB layouts, and product architectures.
• Lead product prototyping, testing, verification, and validation activities.
• Define and execute DVT, PVT, and reliability testing.
• Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Develop production test and calibration processes.
• Investigate product failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
• Work with suppliers, PCB manufacturers, and assembly partners.
• Lead continuous improvements in performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Own engineering documentation and release processes.
