Qualifications

• 8+ yrs in UI/UX design with enterprise/B2B exposure.
• BFSI or enterprise sector; designing for complex workflows.
• Work with AI-based interfaces, copilots, or intelligent automation.
• Building and scaling design teams and processes.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
