Job summary

9E Global Engineering Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineering leader to drive design and technical delivery across projects in the region. The role involves interpreting ground investigations, delivering foundation and ground improvement designs, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should have 12+ years in engineering consultancy, strong geotech software skills, and be prepared for travel to the UAE for project purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering; Master's in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• 12+ years' relevant experience within engineering consultancy/design.
• Strong experience in foundations, deep basements, retaining structures and ground engineering.
• Chartered/Professional Engineer status is preferred.
• Selected Candidate will be required to travel to UAE for project purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical design and technical delivery across multiple projects.
• Review and interpret ground investigation data and geotechnical reports.
• Lead design of foundations, piles/piled rafts, retaining structures, deep excavations, ground improvement and settlement assessments.
• Undertake/review complex geotechnical analysis and modelling.
• Coordinate with structural, civil and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior/senior engineers.
• Identify geotechnical risks and develop practical, buildable solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews and technical workshops.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering; Master'sin Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
• 12+ years' relevant experiencewithin engineering consultancy/design.
• Strong experience in foundations, deep basements, retainingstructures and ground engineering.
• Excellent Proficiency with geotechnical softwares
• Good knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards and relevantinternational design standards.
• GCC/Middle East project experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and team-managementskills.
