Infosys is seeking a seasoned Platform Engineer to lead design and support of core platform services in a Kubernetes-enabled environment. You will drive modernization, implement CI/CD pipelines, and develop IaC solutions to ensure scalable, reliable cloud platforms.

Lead the design, implementation, and support of core platform engineering services. Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based platforms. Drive platform modernization initiatives and engineering best practices. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for application delivery and infrastructure deployment. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve platform reliability. Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Establish platform observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. Support developer self-service capabilities and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP). Define platform architecture standards, governance, and security controls. Collaborate with Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Security, and Cloud teams. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, platform, and deployment issues. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience requirements are met. Lead technical reviews, root cause analysis (RCA), and platform improvement initiatives. Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across platform teams. Manage platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities. Support performance optimization, capacity planning, and cost management initiatives.
