Job summary

NF Forgings Pvt. Ltd. in West Bengal is hiring a Lead Planning Engineer to drive planning for large EPC projects across steel, aluminium, mining and process industries. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in planning and project controls.

The role involves hands-on planning, monitoring, scheduling, and project reporting; exposure to Primavera P6/MS Project is desirable, and PMP certification will be an added advantage. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Lead Planning Engineer on large EPC projects.

Experience in Steel Plants, Aluminium Plants, Material Handling Systems, Coal Handling Plants, Cement, Mining, Power, Oil & Gas, or Process Industries. Hands-on experience in planning, monitoring, scheduling, and project reporting.

Desired Competencies: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred), Certification in Primavera P6/MS Project is desirable. PMP certification will be an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and project controls for EPC Projects. Power BI (Preferred). Should have exposure in Project Planning, Monitoring, Control, Resource Planning & Delay Analysis.
