Job summary

Qualys in Pune is seeking a seasoned Lead Performance Engineering to drive validation, scalability and optimization of a cloud-native platform. You will own performance testing across releases, define workload models, and mentor a team of performance engineers.

The role focuses on Kubernetes-based microservices, Kafka events, REST/GraphQL APIs, Redis, and databases; you will partner with development, operations, and support to ensure robust performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, REST/GraphQL APIs, Redis and Elasticsearch.
