Job summary

AndPayments in Noida is seeking a Lead – Operations to steer our core payments and settlement engines. You will own merchant onboarding, KYC/KYB, escrow management, and RBI-regulated processes while building a high-performance operations team.

The role demands 6–9 years in fintech operations, 2–3+ years of team leadership, hands-on experience with payment aggregators or RBI-regulated fintech, and a startup mindset ready to drive end‑to‑end settlements and disputes analysis.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in fintech/payments/banking operations.
• 2–3+ years leading a team.
• Hands‑on experience at a payment aggregator, gateway, wallet, or RBI-regulated fintech.
• Strong grasp of RBI PA/PPI frameworks, KYC/KYB, and NPCI products (UPI, IMPS, NACH).
• Experience managing escrow accounts and end‑to‑end settlement operations.
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast‑paced startup environment.

AndPayments is building the next-generation payments stack for Indian businesses — spanning Payments, RegTech, B2B SaaS, and Prepaid Instruments. As we scale toward Payment Aggregator (PA) and PPI operations, we're looking for a Lead – Operations to drive our core operational engine.
