Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience with HP Nonstop infrastructure.
• Experience in infrastructure modernization and disaster recovery planning.
• Proficiency with HP NonStop tools (TACL/TAL/COBOL), Pathway, MQ Connect Direct, BASE24, Tandem Utilities.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Multibatch, Event Timer) and encryption toolsets (Comforte).
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift pattern.
• ITIL certification (highly valued).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Purpose

Build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, ensuring reliability, scalability and security.

Accountabilities

• Build Engineering: Development, delivery and maintenance of high‑quality infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Incident Management: Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to detect, address and resolve issues and reduce mean time to resolution.
• Automation: Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Security: Implement secure configuration and protection measures to guard against cyber‑attacks, vulnerabilities and unauthorised access.
• Teamwork: Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, architects and engineers to define infrastructure requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
• Learning: Stay informed on industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contribute to the organisation’s technology community.

Analyst Expectations
