Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Consult Learning Partner in Karnataka, India to support moderately complex client and business learning needs, manage small- to mid-sized learning initiatives, and translate data into actionable insights that shape the organization’s learning strategy.

You will design and implement instructional programs, migrate training data into Workday, coordinate events, forecast demand, and collaborate with Learning Business Partners to deliver targeted training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years in learning and development, training coordination, or program execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop executive-level presentations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize training resources and provide guidance and informal leadership within the team.

The Role

As a Consult Learning Partner at Kyndryl, you will support moderately complex client and business needs while managing small- to mid-sized learning initiatives. This role requires creativity and sound judgment to develop innovative solutions, coordinate planning efforts, and successfully execute programs. You will analyze performance metrics across multiple initiatives and translate data into actionable insights that inform and shape the organization’s learning strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of key instructional design programs and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, learner needs, and organizational standards.
  • Manage the migration of training data from external vendors into Workday, ensuring accurate tracking of completions, reporting, and maintenance of training and user records
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning events, including scheduling, enrollment tracking, assessments, reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Forecast training demand in collaboration with internal operations teams and external vendors
  • Partner with Learning Business Partners to gather and analyze data for quarterly planning, and execute training plans based on identified needs
  • Coordinate onsite training events with external venues and oversee successful delivery
  • Optimize the use of training resources while providing guidance and informal leadership within the team
  • Interpret customer needs, provide recommendations within your area of expertise, and take ownership of customer satisfaction and relationship management
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or program execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and forecast learning needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional presence when engaging stakeholders
  • Ability to develop executive-level presentations and communications
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
  • Proactive approach to learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • The desire and ability to travel globally to support program delivery up to 20%

  • Familiarity with current learning technologies, e-learning development, and blended learning solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
