Airtel in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead a team in building and maintaining high-quality applications at scale, delivering superior customer experiences.

You will design, develop, and review code, mentor teammates, and guide projects to timely delivery while upholding coding standards and best practices.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong OO design, and experience with Java and NoSQL technologies to support large-scale systems.

Formación

• Proficient in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java.
• Experience with version control tools (Git or SVN), Kafka MQs, Redis, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong CS fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Hands-on experience building highly scalable systems.

Experience & Skills

Skills Required

• Proficient in at least one of the object-oriented programming languages such as Java of No-SQL Database technologies, Caching data stores, Queuing systems and Search technologies.
• Experience with version control tools (SVN or Git), Kafka MQs, Redis, NOSQL Database.
• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals - object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm - design, and complexity analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good with the Design patterns and architecture solution to large scale applications.
• Hands on experience on building high scalable systems

Educational Qualifications
