Job summary

WebBee eSolutions private limited is seeking an experienced Java Architect / Lead Java Backend Developer to drive the design, architecture, and development of scalable SaaS integration platforms. The role requires hands‑on coding and strong technical leadership to support complex ecommerce workflows.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, API integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise application architecture.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+ and advanced Java concepts.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise‑grade REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of database design, MySQL, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
• Excellent understanding of object‑oriented design principles and design patterns.
• Experience with multi threading, concurrency, caching, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong debugging, system analysis, and production troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of application security, API security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with Linux‑based production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and design scalable backend architecture for SaaS‑based integration platforms.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Establish engineering best practices for coding standards, security, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor senior and junior developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to engineering processes.

About the Role
