Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Java Automation Test Engineer with AI to lead Java/Selenium automation, API coverage, and DevOps-aligned test delivery.

You will design scalable automation frameworks, implement parallel execution, and leverage AI agents for test generation and code reviews. Experience with CI/CD, REST/SOAP, and large language models is required.

Qualifications

• Proven 9–14 years in test automation engineering.
• Expertise in Java, Selenium, and automation framework architecture.
• Strong command of OOP and design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Decorator).
• Hands-on REST/SOAP API automation with XML/JSON validation.
• CI/CD integration using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable Java test automation frameworks.
• Build end-to-end automation solutions using Selenium Guide framework.
• Implement parallel execution strategies across browsers.
• Develop reusable libraries and framework extensions.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP API automation; validate payloads.
• Coordinate API integration testing and authorization mechanisms.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
