You will drive data accuracy and ensure consistency across categories that you work with as well as collaborate with cross functional teams to validate and remediate data according to the category strategy. You will play a key role by evaluating launch readiness through troubleshooting, remediating, and communicating with vendors and internal partners about launch blocks, system issues, and content generation communication. As a lead in the area, you will be responsible for training and assisting with item Center of Excellence trainings for new hires and refresher sessions. You will also be a Department/Division owner in terms of workload planning, prioritization, and process changes and be a point person for communication between various Target locations and the other team members in the group.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
