• Identify areas of improvement in internal controls, processes, and operations through thorough reviews and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., finance, operations) to gather information, provide recommendations, and track progress towards implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on general insurance matters related to claims processing, underwriting.
