Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to lead and execute internal audits, assurance engagements and risk assessments across client engagements. You will develop audit plans, perform fieldwork, test controls, identify control gaps and drive improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Hands-on experience with IFC testing and SOP design is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Internal Audit and Internal Financial Controls.
• Experience in IFC testing and/or IFC design.
• Experience in SOP designing and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits, assurance engagements, and risk advisory services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify areas of improvement in internal controls, processes, and systems by performing control testing and evaluating their design and operating effectiveness.
• Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures to achieve audit objectives; conduct fieldwork at client locations as needed.
