Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be fully qualified in piping and pipe stress analysis and apply related theories practically.
• Perform flexibility analysis of piping systems per ANSI B31.3/31.1 codes.
• Hands-on surge analysis experience using tools like Flowmaster.
• Knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive/EN Code; Rohr2 is a plus.
• Demonstrate experience in stress analysis for petrochemical/refinery projects.

• Manage large size, complex project / proposal independently or supervise and manage multiple smaller projects / proposal teams independently
• Fully qualified professional in piping and pipe stress analysis and proficient in the utilization of piping / pipe stress engineering theories and practices.
• Proficiency in performing flexibility analysis of piping systems in accordance with ANSI B31.3 & 31.1 codes.
• Hands on experience on Surge Analysis required. Should have worked in Surge Analysis tools like Flowmaster or equivalent.
• Knowledge on Pressure Equipment Directive / EN Code and Rohr2 will be an added advantage.
• Requires proven experience with stress analysis work in process plants like petrochemical & refinery projects
