UST in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP MM/WM consultant to plan, configure, and support MM and WM modules in S/4HANA migrations.

You will gather requirements, prepare design docs, conduct testing, and collaborate with onsite teams to ensure successful go-live support.

Strong English communication and 7–8 years hands-on MM/WM experience are required; exposure to ASAP and data migration is preferred.

Role Description

Job Description: SAP –Materials Management (MM) with Warehouse Management (WM) Roles/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Materials Management (MM) and ability to handle all Purchasing & Inventory management (MM) with Warehouse Management (WM).
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
• Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
• Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
• Ability to configure SAP – MM & WM and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements. Strong configuration hands on experience in MM & WM.
• Responsible in studying and preparing AS-IS study, gap analysis, Blue-Print and Strong configuration hands on experience in the following MM areas. o Material Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Account Determination, Invoice Verifications. o Knowledge of inbound and outbound supply chain involving Purchase Requisitions, Quotation, Contacts, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Order, STO Delivery, Inventory Management including Physical Inventory and Invoice Verifications
• Integration of the MM & WM module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
• In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation: o Unit Testing, Cycle Testingo Integration Testing o User Manual Preparation o User Support activitieso Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologieso Regularly interact with the onsite team/cliento Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference callso Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/clito Prepare test scripts and perform testing after MM upgrade Skills/Experience Requirements:MUST HAVE: EXPERIENCE - 7 - 8 YEARS MUST HAVE S/4 implementation Good English communication C1 above Must be flexible and team work 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM with strong functional expertise. Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Experience in configuring Procurement, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management processes. Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders, STO, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, and Invoice Verification. Expertise in WM processes including warehouse structure, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and stock management. Experience integrating MM/WM with SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO modules. Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support. Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical (ABAP) teams for enhancements. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Activate methodology, and data migration is preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in WM processes including warehouse structure, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and stock management. Experience integrating MM/WM with SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO modules. Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.
