UST is looking for an experienced FACETS Business Analyst BPM to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams for our healthcare administration platform. The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare payer operations, FACETS capabilities, claims processing, enrollment, provider management, and benefits configuration.

Leading the collaboration with business users and IT teams, you will support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives across BPM workflows in a healthcare

Qualificações

• Experience with FACETS implementations, migrations, enhancements, or application support projects.
• Exposure to Healthcare Payer and Healthcare BPM/BPO organizations.
• Knowledge of Healthcare EDI transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271).
• Experience working in ADM, Application Support, and BPM delivery environments.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
