Job summary

NPCI in Mumbai is seeking an IAM Engineer with 7+ years of security experience to design, implement, and govern an enterprise IAM program across Windows, Linux, and Mac endpoints. You will lead provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management in a standards-driven environment.

You will apply strong scripting (Python, PowerShell) to automate IAM processes, work with LDAP/SAML/OAuth/SCIM, and collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to mitigate access risks and protect

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM or security engineering experience.
• Experience across Windows, Linux, and Mac endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, SCIM).
• Experience managing privileged access tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Directory services experience (AD, Azure AD).
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell).
• Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, GIAC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the IAM roadmap aligned with security policies and compliance.
• Manage full lifecycle of system identities: provisioning, access modification, deprovisioning, audits.
• Implement and manage PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts.
• Establish IAM security measures for endpoints across devices.
• Design automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews workflows.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Lead incident response for IAM issues and mentor junior staff.
