Job summary

Carnation Infotech Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer in India to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. The role demands hands-on coding across Apex, LWC, SOQL, and platform services, with a focus on scalable, secure integrations and data modeling.

You will work in an Agile environment, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust CRM implementations. Certification and 5–8 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL and SOSL.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I is mandatory.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Strong data modeling and OOP concepts.
• Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Design, configure, customize, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and platform capabilities.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
