Job summary

UST in Pune (Balewadi) is seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong C#/WPF expertise to build enterprise-grade Windows desktop applications. You’ll work in a hybrid setup three days a week from the client office, deliver features from concept through testing, and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience, solid MVVM and data-binding skills, and hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Git, and Agile methods. Knowledge of DirectX/OpenGL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science with 7–10 years of experience.
• Proven Windows desktop apps development using C# and WPF.
• Strong OOP and design pattern knowledge.
• MVVM architecture and data binding in WPF experience.
• Familiar with Visual Studio, Git and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with DirectX/OpenGL is a plus, and SCRUM/Kanban exposure.
• Unit testing with Moq/AutoFixture; awareness of BDD.

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related field, with 7 - 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in developing Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented-programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with MVVM architecture and data binding in WPF.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with graphics programming like DirectX or OpenGL would be plus.
• Experience working in an agile environment (SCRUM, Kanban, etc) Unit testing methodologies and tools e.g. Moq, AutoFixture, BDD
• Working knowledge of development toolchain i.e. Visual Studio, Git, Jira, Bitbucket, etc.

Requirements (Nice To Have)

• Knowledge of CAD SDKs e.g. ODA / Teigha or AutoDesk
• Experience with BIM and IFC
• Experience in Application development using AI Exposer to DevOps and CI/CD setup is a plus
