Job summary

A leading financial consultancy is seeking a Lead - Global Controller based in Pune. This hybrid role requires candidates with a CA qualification and 6-8 years of experience in finance controllership. The ideal candidate will manage month-end entries, reconciliations, and lead financial analysis teams. Expertise with SAP and reporting systems is preferred. An attractive compensation package of up to 30 LPA is available.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of work experience in Finance Controllership / Consolidations.
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting Standards and their application.
• Experience in handling reconciliations.
• Month end close experience is required.
• Transformation projects experience will be an add-on.
