Overview

We seek two dynamic and driven individualsone for laminates and one for plywoodto spearhead lead generation and business development activities in virgin markets. This is an outbound sales-focused role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business leads in untapped geographies, positioning our products to new customers, and helping rapidly expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aggressively generate and qualify leads in virgin markets through outbound sales activities (calling, networking, site visits, etc.)
  • Research and identify prospective clients for laminates/plywood based on companys ideal profile
  • Initiate contact, nurture prospects, and convert qualified leads to sales opportunities
  • Manage lead information and follow up using company platforms and processes
  • Build relationships with market influencers, dealers, and decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly targets and deliver timely, accurate market reports
  • Work flexi 8-hour schedules as per market/geographical needs
Ideal Candidate
  • 5-6 years proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in building materials, laminates, plywood, or related sectors)
  • Strong market research, networking, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to commit to a 2-year bond
  • Ability to manage flexible hours and deliver results in new territories
