GoMining is seeking a Lead FullStack Engineer with strong backend expertise to design scalable services and drive architectural decisions. You will lead a small team of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists, stay hands-on, and leverage AI tools to improve quality and velocity.

The role emphasizes production development, collaboration with Product/Design/QA, and continuous improvement of engineering practices across remote and hybrid international teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions.
• Strong hands-on approach and willingness to stay close to the code.
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar in daily development.
• English B2/C1.
