Job summary

Talentship is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to drive architecture and delivery of modern web applications. You will work across frontend, backend, database, and cloud components using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ship reliable software.

You will design data models with PostgreSQL, implement secure auth, and manage deployments on Azure with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack web applications.
• Strong hands-on TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), and Node.js expertise.
• Experience with PostgreSQL relational design and ORM-based development (Prisma).
• Experience deploying and maintaining apps on Microsoft Azure with CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Docker-based deployments and cloud best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Build scalable backend APIs, data models, migrations, and query optimization with PostgreSQL.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in building modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You'll work across the full application stack, contributing to frontend, backend, database, Azure cloud, and CI/CD while collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality production software.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.


• Build scalable backend APIs, business logic, and data models using Prisma and PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.


• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure AD / MSAL, OAuth, JWT, and RBAC.


• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Container Registry, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Azure Database for PostgreSQL.


• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build, testing, and deployment.


• Work with Docker-based applications and contribute to cloud deployment best practices.


• Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features on time.


• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.


• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and improve system reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 9+ years of professional software development experience in building full-stack web applications.


• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), and Node.js.


• Good experience with PostgreSQL, relational database design, indexing, and ORM-based development (Prisma preferred).


• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on Microsoft Azure.


• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment automation.


• Strong understanding of REST APIs, application architecture, and clean coding principles.


• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.


• Working knowledge of authentication and authorization using Azure AD, OAuth, MSAL, or JWT.


• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.


• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.


• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code on Azure.


• Familiarity with Azure App Service, ACR, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Log Analytics, and private networking.


• Experience with Mantine, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, Zod, or similar modern frontend/backend libraries.


• Exposure to DevSecOps practices such as CodeQL, Trivy, dependency scanning, and secret management.


• Experience with audit trails, soft-delete patterns, document/blob workflows, or reporting/PDF generation.


• Experience working in Agile teams with Azure Boards, Git, and modern development workflows.
