Primary Responsibilities:

• Development of new software functionality in Java
• Support and maintenance of existing software
• Comply with employment contracts, company policies, and directives, including potential transfers, team changes, work shifts, flexible work benefits, and other decisions due to business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./B Tech/MCA/M Tech / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (16+ years of education, correspondence courses not relevant)
• 8+ years of experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, NodeJS, React
• 8+ years of experience with APIs / micro-services development
• 4+ years with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), GitHub Actions
• Experience with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Experience with RDBMS, Snowflake, DataBricks, SQL Server
• Full stack Java development experience in container technologies, Kafka, Azure, GitHub
• Experience working with programming languages such as Java, NodeJS, React, or Angular
• Experience with APIs / micro-services development
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk
• Proficiency with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS Code Whisperer, Google’s Codey) and integrating these tools into workflows
• Ability to leverage AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance productivity
